You’ve heard it said, “people don’t know who you are, until they know who you are.” And that statement is profoundly true; especially for Business Owners.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve talked with entrepreneurs who say they just can’t find clients. When I ask them to tell me what they have done for marketing their business I’m usually returned with the comments of, well I have a website and I’m on social media and still nothing flows my way.

While having these things are important, there are other variables to a brand that matter more and this is what we want to talk with you about today!

Your brand is made up of a lot of parts.

Brand Logo
Brand Fonts
Brand Colors
Brand Elements
Brand Guidelines
Brand Messaging

Each of these parts plays an intricate role in the success of your business.

A brand logo helps the future customers to connect to your business in a memorable way. Logos that are too obvious in design often time don’t do their job of stopping someone’s attention to focus on the brand. Brand fonts, colors, and elements are also a part of the the visual brand, but their role is designed to provide guidance to your brand. These visual aids should help your business look cohesive on all communication platforms which helps your business build trust.

Your Brand Messaging is another major element of your business that helps you attract customers to your business. Who are you, what do you stand for, where do you see your business going in 5+ years, how do you see you and your business getting there? All of these questions are answered when the Brand has defined it’s messaging. Brand messaging helps define your moral and ethical compass for your business and defines your business as a communicable and relatable resource to the community.

Now, what happens when you have all of these Branding Tools established, but you’re still struggling to find your next client/customer?

This is a great question.

Most businesses that don’t naturally attract clients to them are either misguided in what they are presenting to the community, or not able to execute what they are promising to deliver as a business. An example of being misguided would be that the market can’t bare your prices, or you’re not doing anything unique in your business to set you apart from your competition.

This is a tough thought to ponder, especially if you’re reading this and saying, “Dang! That’s me!

Well, listen up, because it isn’t all bad news bears over here in Marketing Town.

Sometimes when a business isn’t getting natural attraction, they are just simply failing to tell people they exist. Let me share a quick story with you.

I recently helped build a brand and website for a client in Florida who has a small Pressure Washing Company. After spending about a month learning about his business and building a brand around who he is to the community, we launched his website. The day we launched his website, the business owner shared the website link with his friends and received two high ticket opportunities just through referral and word of mouth marketing. Building out the Brand and setting up his online presence was the difference between him having to take a second job, and getting to go after his entrepreneurial dreams.

If you are stuck trying to bring clients to you, and willing to do what it takes to start attracting your ideal client avatar, let’s connect and help you unleash the floodgates that come from building a Bold Brand.
