Polarity

Founder, STREST

Duality. Two opposing forces. The impact of imbalance. When you ignore or silence one side, the louder the deficit.

Our beliefs and thoughts have forced us into a state of conformity. When we conform, we judge. If we choose non-conformity, we believe we risk abandonment and rejection. The restraint of maintaining two separate sides has affected our stagnation.

Change your perception.

All connects. An obstacle can be viewed as an opportunity. A challenge can lead to a path of self-discovery.

Polarities work together in harmony. Unification is a necessity.

Acceptance of true self.

Protection of self can support a persistent comfort zone. The refusal of possibilities can detract from the achievement of life fulfillment.

Connection.

Acknowledge emotions. Identify feelings. Silence your mind. Listen. Enhance your intuition. Develop empathy.

Understanding builds the foundation of self. Peace within reflects relationships of the same.

A journey. A possibility for fear or love. An option for self-doubt or value.

The simple truth is what we fear, we cover.

Removal of armor. Swords down.

Live less guarded. Live authentically.
